Historic Rally Datsun 240Z's
The Works Datsun 240Z's enjoyed considerable success in the early 1970s, including winning the East African Safari Rally on two occasions, and several National events such as the Welsh Rally in 1973.
With the growth in popularity in recent times of Historic Rallying, the 240Z has again come to the fore, with recent wins in the Historic East African Safari, the Historic Monte Carlo Challenge, and a number of others.
We have been building similar examples since 1997, and can offer a wide range of proven Competition and Performance components. Whether you are interested in competing in the Regularity/FIA type of event, a Marathon long-distance over several days or a Special Stage Rally, we can advise and supply the correct piece of kit for the job, including complete ready-to go 240Z's built to your specification.
Recent successes include the restoration and build of the winning 2017 Baltic Rally Marathon 240Z and the winning 2008 Trial of the Nile example – each one having to compete over 5,000kms with minimal facilities for servicing and repairs.
We have also built several British Historic Championship Stage Rally cars and Historic Safari Rally models, successfully completing the legendary nine-day East African Safari Rally over the roughest roads in East Africa.
We believe that, up to date, we have restored and built more Historic Rally 240Z's than anyone in the UK.
